Our consultancy firm was founded by Attorney Lior Eldar.

​

Lior is a highly resourceful and detail-oriented professional with progressive unique experience devising and deploying effective business and compliance policies and techniques, while delivering recommendations and resolving complexed multi-disciplinary risks.

​

Lior's abilities were acquired mainly during the last decade, in which Lior has held several key positions as key management of leading international industries:

• General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Avnon Group 

• Chief Export Control & Compliance Officer at Aeronautics Group 

• Vice President Export Control at NSO Group Legal & Compliance Division

• Founder and Head of a Boutique Law & Compliance Firm.

In his said roles, Lior has, amongst others

 

• Administered end-to-end activities related to the Compliance & Export Control to ensure continuation of services. 

• Managed Commercial and trade related activities. 

• Initiated, delivered, established, and led policies & procedures to fulfil domestic and international regulations.

• Established exceptional international and domestic relations with regulators.

• Oversaw business development operations to meet set objectives. 

• Lead complexed multi-disciplinary audit & enforcement cases to success.

 

Prior to that, from 2006 to 2016 Lior has worked as a Legal Associate at Top-ranked law Offices, such as Berkman Wechsler Bloom & Co. and Matry Meiri & Co., alongside senior attorneys of the first rank.​ 

 

Throughout his Legal work, Lior has been engaged in a wide range of civil and commercial fields in which he provided legal advice, guidance and accompaniment, to leading company's management and investors. 

​

Lior holds a LLB Law and Economics degree from Tel Aviv University, from 2008, and was ordained as a lawyer by the Israel Bar Association and became a member thereof in 2009.

Lior has been qualified as a Law Officer the Department of International Military Justice, and advice to rank high command.​

Lior speaks Hebrew, English, Spanish and Italian.
